MAX308CPE [Maxim]

The MAX308/MAX309 are precision, monolithic CMOS analog multiplexers with low on-resistance (<100Ω max), matched between channels (<5Ω max), and flat over the signal range (7Ω max). They offer low leakage, fast switching, and operate with single or bipolar supplies. The MAX308 is a single-ended 1-of-8 device, and the MAX309 is a differential 2-of-4 device. They are plug-in upgrades for industry-standard DG408/DG409/DG508A/DG509A.
