BD46371G-TR [ROHM]

BD46371G-TR Overview

Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Voltage Detector products. The supervisor is always powered by a 5.7V volt supply. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. Power management has a total of 5 pins. The pins of the power management system count 5. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 950mV volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 9.5V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThe temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to BD46, the base PMIC number. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 3μA at the most. It is one of the well-known BD46xxx series power ic line.
