They feature low circuit current consumption (33µA typ), excellent noise and load response characteristics, and are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Key features include high output voltage accuracy (±2.0%), high ripple rejection (68 dB typ), compatibility with small ceramic capacitors, output voltage ON/OFF control, output discharge, built-in over current protection (OCP), and thermal shutdown (TSD). The SSOP5 package contributes to downsizing.
