It features 200 V repetitive peak reverse voltage, 1.0 A average forward current, and 1.4 V forward voltage drop. The device comes in an axial package (φ2.7 × 5.0L / φ0.78) with bare leads that are Pb-free and RoHS compliant, and has a flammability rating equivalent to UL94V-0.
