SC431CSK-1TRT [Semtech]

SC431CSK-1TRT Overview

TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 30V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form. The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled. For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.SC431 can be used to find other relevant parts. There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage. The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 150mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 30V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 130?A.2.495V voltage lower than 2.495V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 31V, users should limit the voltage accordingly. It can output a voltage of 2.5V regardless of external conditions.Voltages of 30V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.
