SC431LC5SK25TRT [Semtech]

SC431LC5SK25TRT Overview

A handy package called SC-74A, SOT-753 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt. The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program. The 5 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.25%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 1.24V voltage is output. The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Adjustable form.5 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above NOT SPECIFIED during reflow soldering. The voltage reference ic has 5 pins that are settled. For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within 0°C~70°C TA is my area of expertise.Devices of type Voltage References are used in a wide variety of applications.By searching "SC431, you can find more relevant parts.100mA input applications can use the reference voltage. For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.A maximum voltage of 16V is generated by it.Generally, the cathode current should be 100?A.Its lowest voltage output is 1.24V.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 1.24V.
