Key features include high repetitive peak off-state voltage (600V), non-zero crossing functionality, I ranks available, 6 pin DIP package, superior noise immunity (dV/dt: MIN. 1000V/µs), lead-free components available, double transfer mold construction, and high isolation voltage between input and output (V_iso (rms): 5.0kV).
