PQ1L333M2SPQ [SHARP]

The PQ1Lxx3M2SP Series are compact surface mount voltage regulators featuring low power-loss and low output current. They come in a SOT-89 package (4.5×4.3×1.5 mm) with a maximum output current of 300mA and power dissipation of 900mW. Key characteristics include low dropout voltage (max 0.7V at 300mA), high ripple rejection (typical 70dB), and built-in output ON/OFF control function.
