PQ1U351M2ZPH [SHARP]

The PQ1Uxx1M2ZPH Series are low power-loss voltage regulators featuring a compact surface mount package (2.9×1.6×1.1mm). They offer dropout voltages as low as 0.11V at 60mA output current, high ripple rejection (70dB typical), and built-in ON/OFF control with ultra-low OFF-state current (1μA max). The devices include overcurrent and overheat protection, support output voltages from 1.3V to 5.0V in 0.1V steps, and are RoHS compliant with lead-free solder plating (Sn2Cu).
