TS3312DB [Silicon Labs]

The TS331x is a low power boost converter featuring ultra-low quiescent current (150 nA) for extended battery life. It accepts input voltages from 0.9 V to 5.0 V and provides eight selectable output voltages (1.8 V to 5.0 V). The device includes two output options: an always-on storage output (STORE) and a load-switch output (OUT) designed for burst-mode operation. Output voltage selection is configured via jumpers S0-S2. Both outputs can be monitored, and a power-good indicator (VGOOD) signals when the STORE output reaches 90% of the target voltage. The OUT output can be enabled/disabled via a dedicated jumper.
