HCF4520M013TR [STMicroelectronics]

HCF4520M013TR Overview

A device of this type is supplied in a package of type [0]. For its configuration, 16terminations are used. This device is fully flexible due to the supply voltage of [0]. A wire connects the 2elements. 16is the number of pins on all components. It is packaged in a manner consistent with Tape & Reel (TR). In the circuit, 16pins are used to connect other components. It is mounted in the way of [0]. The 4000series offers a wide range of applications due to its versatility. A logic type of Binary Counter is adopted. A temperature of -55°C~125°Cshould be set for the operating environment. A mounting type of Surface Mountis adopted. Providing a supply voltage of 3V~20Vallows it to operate more reliably. The array consists of elements storing 4bits each. Further related parts can be found under its base part number HCF4520. The packing of this product is performed by [0]. Supply voltage (Vsup) can be as low as 3V. There are 1 input lines for the input of binary data in the form of on/off signals.
