KD1084D2T15R [STMicroelectronics]

KD1084D2T15R Overview

Tape & Reel cases are used for delivery. The Liner regulator IC is packaged in D2PAK case. On the Linear IC itself, there are 2 terminations. Fixed is the output type of the Voltage Regulator IC. There is a current output of 5A from this regulator IC. There are a total of 3 pins on this board. There are 1 outputs total on this voltage regulator IC in order to ensure that prompt and sufficient performance is achieved. There is a dropout voltage of 10 volts on this IC regulator. Chips have 3 pins. In this case, we have a typical Other Regulators component. TAPE AND REEL is the way in which the voltage regulator IC is packed. In order to meet the operation requirements, its maximal output current reaches 5A. It operates in the 10mA Quiescent Current state. You should use the regulator IC when the temperature is below 125°C. It is not possible to operate the chip below -40°C operating temperature. The IC regulator can generally output 1.5V volts on a system basis.
