L2293Q Overview
In this package, Tray is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 2.8V~36V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -20°C~125°C TJ's operating temperature.DC Motors, Relays, Solenoids, Stepper Motors is pretty useful in a variety of applications. On PCBs, Surface Mount mounts H gate.Transmission lines are terminated with 32 terminations with the H bridge that matches their characteristic impedance.Signal interfaces use 32 pins as pronged contacts. Its base H bridge ic number, L2293, can be used to locate other H bridge ics that are related. There is a voltage supply of 5V that is used to operate H bridge circuit. The maximum load current a power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature is 1.2A.Currently, 600mA current flows through the output and power supply pins.It is through 32 pins that this bridge driver is able to perform its specific functions. The system includes 4 drivers.
