LD1084D2M90R [STMicroelectronics]

LD1084D2M90R Overview

In a Tape & Reel (TR) case, the IC voltage regulator is delivered. A TO-263-4, D2Pak (3 Leads + Tab), TO-263AA case contains the Liner IC. In total, there are 3 terminations on the gadget. This PMIC chip has an output type of Fixed. In this electrical part, there are 1 regulators that are implemented. Voltage Regulated IC Surface Mount varies its operating temperature range. The IC Voltage Regulator's operating temperature is -40°C~125°C degrees. Currently, this regulator IC has an output function configured as Positive as its output function. The current output of this IC regulator is 5A. There are 3 pins in total on this board. Featuring 1 outputs in total, this voltage regulator IC enables prompt, sufficient performance regardless of the application. There is a 10 volt dropout voltage on this transistor. A 4-pin is present on the chip. It is LD1084 for this voltage regulator IC, just for your information. I would describe this component as a typical Other Regulators component. A packing method for the IC regulator is TAPE AND REEL, which means it is packed in a certain way.
