M41ST95WMX6 [STMicroelectronics]

M41ST95WMX6 Overview

The package 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) contains real time clocks. The package is in the form of Tube. This electrical RTC has a supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V.This electrical real time clock has the type Clock/Calendar.Surface Mount is the way this real time clock (RTC) is mounted.Electronic time clocks are recommended that the operating temperature be -40°C~85°C.When operating, Alarm, Leap Year, NVSRAM, Square Wave Output, Supervisor, Watchdog Timer can be ensured. It is possible to terminate a transmission line with a RTC module that matches the characteristic impedance of the line, which is known as 28 termination.Obviously, a voltage of 3V is being supplied to this electronic component. There are 28 pins on it.The family RTCs belongs to are M41ST.This electrical digital time clock has a 2.5V~3.5V supply voltage.Timer or RTC includes this part. For storing data and programs, the RTC times embed a memory of 44B.Real time clocks' output frequency should not exceed 0.032MHz.Surface Mount is the mounting type of the RTC module. It is equipped with 28 pins.Upon receiving an input signal, 1 timers output a signal at a preset time.In order to achieve high efficiency, the supply voltage should be kept at 3.3V.
