M41T256YMH7E [STMicroelectronics]

M41T256YMH7E Overview

real time clocks is located in package 44-BSOP (0.337, 8.56mm Width) requires SNAPHAT.As of Tube, time clock is packaged in this way. There is 4.5V~5.5V voltage supply for this electrical RTC.It can be said that this electrical real time clock belongs to the Clock/Calendar type. The real time clock (RTC) that is mounted in the way of Surface Mount is connected to this circuit board. In order to operate properly, the temperature should be -25°C~70°C.During the course of operation, Leap Year, NVSRAM can be ensured. There is the possibility of terminating transmission lines with 44 terminations, which means that the equipment used to terminate the line will match its characteristic impedance. In this case, the voltage supplied to the electronic component is 5V.A total of 44 pins are included in this product.M41T256 are the family name of RTCs .As far as the supply voltage for this electrical digital time clock is concerned, it is 2.5V~3.5V.Timer or RTC includes this component in its content. For the purpose of storing data and programs, the RTC times are embedded with a storage capacity of 32KB.There should be no frequency greater than 0.032MHz in real time clocks' output.Mounting type Surface Mount matches the RTC module. For powering the real time clock, a power supply with a voltage of 5V is used.It is a real-time clock in the series Timekeeper®.
