M74HC125B1R [STMicroelectronics]

M74HC125B1R Overview

Using a neat 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, it works well. There is an external packaging option available for this voltage buffer. The bus transceiver is available in a Through Hole mount design. Typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic circuits see a broad range of applications. Network transceivers such as this are fed with a supply voltage of 2V~6V when they are powered on. A logical driver like this is qualified to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~125°C TA. Currently, bus transceiver supports 3-State outputs. 74HC series network transceivers belong to this group. A logic device such as this has 14 terminations with different functions. Supply voltage is 4.5V. Family HC/UH includes the buffer IC . There are 14 pins set with the electric component. Surface Mount, Through Hole applications are possible with digital buffer. The connector has 14 pins. A total of 2 ports are available on this bus transceiver. Each element in the network transceiver contains 1 bits. To find other related electronic parts, search M74HC125. Under ENABLE LOW control, the logical driver starts up. A quiescent electronic part uses 4μA. It is recommended to use a power supply that has 2/6V volts. For the bus transceiver to function properly, a voltage of at least 2V is required. 4 channels ensure high-quality communication with this logic IC. In terms of output, it is capable of generating 3 signals simultaneously.
