M74HC377B1R [STMicroelectronics]

M74HC377B1R Overview

The package is in the form of 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). As part of the package Tube, it is embedded. In the configuration, Non-Invertedis used as the output. This trigger uses the value Positive Edge. Through Holeis positioned in the way of this electronic part. The JK flip flop operates at a voltage of 2V~6V. It is at -55°C~125°C TAdegrees Celsius that the system is operating. There is D-Type type of electronic flip flop associated with this device. In terms of FPGAs, it belongs to the 74HC series. In order for it to function properly, its output frequency should not exceed 66MHz. The element count is 1 . It consumes 4?A of quiescent 20terminations have occurred. The M74HC377 family contains this object. It is powered by a voltage of 4.5V . A 5pFfarad input capacitance is provided by this T flip flop. A device of this type belongs to the family of HC/UH. It is mounted in the way of Through Hole. There are 20pins on it. The clock edge trigger type for this device is Positive Edge. The RS flip flops belongs to FF/Latches base part number. An electronic part with 8bits has been designed. It reaches 6Vwhen the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is applied. Normal operation requires a supply voltage (Vsup) above 2V. In order to achieve its superior flexibility, 8 circuits are used. A power supply of 2/6Vis required to operate it. There is also a characteristic of WITH HOLD MODE.
