M74HC590RM13TR [STMicroelectronics]

M74HC590RM13TR Overview

A 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)package is used for this device. Using 16terminations, it can be configured. 4.5Vis fully flexible due to its voltage supply. There are 16pins on all components. As a result, it is packaged in the way of a Tape & Reel (TR). Circuit components are connected with 16pins. The device is mounted in the direction of [0]. It is included in the HC/UHfamily. With its 74HCseries designation, it can be used for a range of applications. It is decided to use the logic type [0]. It is recommended to set the operating temperature to -55°C~125°C. Using a Surface Mountmounting type, it is mounted. As a result, the device operates more reliably when a supply voltage of 2V~6Vis applied. It contains 8elements. Based on Pbfree code, this may result in yes. This electronic device is equipped with the following features [0]. It should be noted that there are more related parts under the M74HC59base part number. Its packaging is provided by [0]. In this case, 2/6Vvoltage is generated by the voltage source. Supply voltages can be as low as 2V volts (Vsup). A maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is available up to 6V. During quiescent mode, it consumes 4?A current. There are a total of 1lines for inputting binary data. As a result, the system receives 5outputs.
