STM6505SCABDG6F [STMicroelectronics]

STM6505SCABDG6F Overview

It is mounted through 8 terminals on the power management. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. There are 8-WFDFN functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Reset Timer products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3V. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, IC powers are 8 pins on the board. 8 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than -300mV. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 7V volts in this PMIC. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to STM6505, which is the base power ics number. Supervisors from the well-known Smart Reset? series product line are featured in this PMIC.
