STWD100NPWY3F [STMicroelectronics]

STWD100NPWY3F Overview

Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Watchdog Circuit products. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. Power management has a total of 5 pins. The pins of the power management system count 5. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 2.7V volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThe temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to STWD100, the base PMIC number. It is one of the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series power ic line. This power management system is featured with 1 elements and has been profoundly used in all aspects of target applications.
