    VIPer100/100A is a primary-side IC for SMPS, integrating a PWM controller and a high-voltage Vertical Power MOSFET (620V or 700V, 3A). It features adjustable switching frequency up to 200 kHz, current mode control, soft start, shutdown control, automatic burst mode for low standby power, internally trimmed zener reference, undervoltage lock-out with hysteresis, integrated start-up supply, over-temperature protection, low standby current, and adjustable current limit. Typical applications are offline power supplies with up to 100W output power.
