VIPER20-E [STMicroelectronics]

The VIPer20-E/DIP-E is a primary-side integrated circuit for switched-mode power supplies (SMPS). It combines a PWM controller and a high-voltage vertical power MOSFET (620V, 0.5A) on a single chip using VIPower M0 technology. Key features include adjustable switching frequency up to 200 kHz, current mode control, soft start and shutdown, automatic burst mode for standby, undervoltage lock-out with hysteresis, integrated start-up supply, over-temperature protection, low standby current, and adjustable current limitation. It is designed for offline power supplies with secondary power capability of 10W in wide range and 20W in single range or doubler configuration.
