BQ2000TPWRG4 [Texas Instruments]

BQ2000TPWRG4 Overview

A TSSOP package would be appropriate for this. IC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT is the system battery's analog IC. The available channels are 1. Currently, there are 8 pins on it. Tape & Reel (TR) cases are used for packaging. A minimum supply voltage of 4V volts is required for this electric part. Power Management Circuits is a family of electronic parts. Ensure that the power management IC's supply voltage does not exceed 6V volts. It must be greater than -20°C to activate this system battery. Temperatures below 70°C are recommended. There is a 5V volt power source. It is recommended that this battery protection IC be set to 5V at all times. Total number of pins is 8. Unless specified otherwise, Isup (the maximum supply current) must not exceed 1mA. It is specified that the operating supply voltage for this battery instrument is 5V. It is suitable to run the manage IC at a voltage below 4V.
