The BUF0190x family consists of a 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) programmed via a two-wire serial interface (I2C). It features onboard nonvolatile memory (OTP) to store the DAC value for power-up initialization. The BUF01900 includes a high-current rail-to-rail output buffer capable of up to 100mA, making it suitable for VCOM calibration in LCD panels without external buffers. The BUF01901 is a lower-cost version without the integrated buffer, designed to work with external gamma buffers. Both devices operate from 7V to 18V analog supply and 2.0V to 5.5V digital supply, with low supply current (900µA typical). They are available in TSSOP-8 and DFN-10 packages and specified over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
