FET-input, low power instrumentation amplifier with very small size. Features low bias current (–4pA) for high impedance sources, gain set from 1 to 10,000 V/V with a single resistor, internal input protection to –40V, laser-trimmed low offset (–200mV) and drift (–2mV/°C), high CMR (106dB at G=100), operates from –2.25V to –18V supplies (low quiescent current 450μA), and is available in 8-pin DIP and SO-8 packages for –40°C to +85°C operation.
