PT4701A [Rochester]

The PT4701 is a 35-W quad-output DC/DC converter for DSL line-interface driver/receivers. It operates from a standard (–48 V) telecom central office supply and provides ±8 V and ±3.75 V outputs for TNETD7112 ADSL chipsets. Features include dual logic On/Off control, under-voltage lockout, over-temperature shutdown, output current limiting, unbalanced load protection, and fixed-frequency operation. The module requires no heat sink, occupies as little as 1.2 in² PCB area, and is packaged in a space-saving solderable copper case with 1500 VDC isolation. All outputs are short-circuit protected and internally sequenced.
