Products Detail

The PT6305 series is a high-performance Integrated Switching Regulator (ISR) that allows easy integration of low-power 3.3V logic ICs into existing 5V systems without redesigning the central power supply. It requires only one external capacitor for proper operation. The series includes multiple output voltage options: PT6305N (3.3V), PT6306N (1.8V), PT6307N (2.1V), and PT6308N (1.2V). Features include 85% efficiency, small SIP footprint, wide input voltage range (4.5V to 9V for most, 4.5V to 6V for PT6308N), internal short circuit protection, and over-temperature protection. It can be used to power high-speed data buses and GTL logic buses.
