The PT6340 Excalibur™ power modules are high-performance Integrated Switching Regulators (ISRs) housed in a thermally efficient solderable copper case. They operate from a 12V input voltage bus to produce high-output low-voltage power sources ideal for DSPs and microprocessors. The series includes standard output voltages from 5V to 1.2V, featuring external output voltage adjustment, an On/Off inhibit function, short-circuit protection, and a small footprint. Both through-hole and surface mount pin configurations are available.
