PT6443N [Texas Instruments]

The PT6440 Excalibur™ power modules are a series of high performance Integrated Switching Regulators (ISRs) in a thermally efficient solderable copper case. They operate from input voltages as low as 3.1V to produce a high-output low-voltage power source, ideal for powering the industry’s latest DSP and microprocessors. The series includes standard output bus voltages as low as 1.0VDC. The innovative copper case construction provides superior thermal performance in a small footprint. Both through-hole and surface mount pin configurations are available. The series features external output voltage adjustment, an On/Off inhibit, and short-circuit protection. A 100µF input and 330µF output capacitor are required for proper operation.
