    The PT6470 series provides step-down voltage conversion for output loads up to 14 A from a 3.3-V input. Housed in a low-profile 12-pin package with integral copper case requiring no heatsink, it offers a small footprint (0.64 in² for suffix 'N') and is available in through-hole and surface mount configurations. Designed for point-of-load power in high-performance DSPs and microprocessors, it features output voltage options as low as 1.0V DC, external output voltage adjustment, on/off inhibit, pre-bias startup, short circuit protection, and output remote sense.
