It is programmable from 1.3V to 3.5V with a 5-bit input, compatible with Intel’s Pentium® II Processor. Features include output short circuit protection, a 'Power Good' output, and over-voltage protection (OVP) drive. The regulator offers 90% efficiency and 4.7·10⁶ Hrs. MTBF.
