The PTB48540 series are 10-W isolated power modules compliant with IEEE 802.3af for PoE applications. They provide regulated low-voltage power to remote PDs, with input voltage range 36-57 V, efficiency up to 85%, and features including PD detection/classification, output voltage trim, under-voltage lockout, transient suppression, EMI filter, output inhibit control, short-circuit protection, and over-temperature shutdown.
