The PTH12000 series are non-isolated power modules featuring double-sided surface mount construction and synchronous rectification technology. They deliver up to 6A output current in a compact PCB footprint (0.75 in x 0.5 in / 19.05 mm x 12.7 mm). Designed for 12V input, they provide step-down conversion with wide output voltage adjustability: W-suffix devices (1.2V to 5.5V) and L-suffix devices (0.8V to 1.8V). Key features include on/off inhibit control, pre-bias startup capability, non-latching over-current protection, and efficiencies up to 92%. Modules include safety approvals (UL/cUL 60950, EN60950, VDE) and operate from -40°C to +85°C.
