It features a disconnect function that disconnects all terminating resistors and turns off the regulator upon a logic command, greatly reducing standby power. The device includes trimmed regulator for accurate termination current, negative clamping on all signal lines, 20mA active negation sink current capability, regulator current limiting, and thermal shutdown protection. It is available in SOIC, PLCC, and DIL packages.
