It features a disconnect function that reduces standby power by disconnecting resistors and disabling the regulator. With low 6-pF channel capacitance, it maintains signal integrity. It includes enhancements like a sink/source regulator output stage for 5V signals, thermal shutdown, current limit, and negative clamping. Packaged in low thermal resistance SOIC-16 or DIL-16 packages.
