The UCC5622 provides 27 lines of active termination for SCSI parallel buses. It features split disconnect control (DISCNCT1 for lines 10-27, DISCNCT2 for lines 1-9), low 2.5pF channel capacitance during disconnect, and ultra-low 100µA supply current in power-down mode. Designed for 5V SCSI systems, it offers hot-plug capability, trimmed 110Ω impedance (5% accuracy), and includes thermal shutdown and current limit protection. The device sources -900mA termination current and sinks +500mA active negation current.
