Capacitance drift or hysteresis is negligible at less than ±0.05% versus up to ±2% for films. Typical capacitance change with life is less than ±0.1%, one-fifth that of most other dielectrics. Available in multiple package sizes (0101 to 2225) with voltage ratings from 16V to 500V.
