The DG401B, DG403B, DG405B monolithic analog switches provide improved performance with high speed (100 ns typ) and low power consumption. Built on Vishay Siliconix's proprietary high-voltage silicon-gate process, they feature break-before-make switching for SPDT configurations, conduct equally in both directions when on, and block up to 30 V peak-to-peak when off. On-resistance is very flat over the full ±15 V analog range. DG401B has two independent SPST switches, DG403B has four SPST switches in NO/NC combinations, and DG405B has four switches in two SPST pairs. Available in 16-pin plastic DIP and 16-pin SOIC packages with lead-free terminations.
