DG406BDN [Siliconix]

The DG406B and DG407B are high-performance CMOS analog multiplexers designed for precision signal switching. The DG406B is a 16-channel single-ended multiplexer, while the DG407B is a dual 8-channel differential multiplexer. Both feature break-before-make switching action, low on-resistance (45Ω typical), low charge injection (11 pC), and fast transition times (115 ns). They operate with single or dual supplies (±5V to ±20V) and include an enable function for device stacking. The devices are built using a 44V silicon-gate CMOS process with epitaxial layer to prevent latchup, offering high accuracy, reduced glitching, and improved data throughput.
