Features UL recognition, low reverse current (<0.3 μA), high surge current capability, low thermal resistance, and solder dip compatibility at 275°C max for 10 seconds. Molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. Terminals are nickel-plated on faston lugs or silver-plated on wire leads, solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD22-B102.
