ECM60UT33 Description

The ECM range of single and multiple output AC-DC, 40-60 W power supplies from XP has the smallest footprint in the world for units with these ratings and is approved for Class I and Class II applications. Both are only 1.2" (30.48 mm) high and 2" x 4" (50.8 mm x 101.6 mm) in size. The maximum leakage currents for these high-density power supplies are 100 A at 115 VAC or 200 A at 230 VAC, respectively, and they also fulfill EN55032 Level B conducted emissions. As a result, there is no price premium for these switchers to meet medical criteria, making them equally suited for industrial, IT, and medical applications.

The single-output versions of the ECM40-60 series range from 5 V to 48 VDC and are ±10% programmable. Dual and triple output versions of the ECM40-60 series cover combinations of 3.3 V, 5 V, 12 V, 15 V, and 24 V. They are dual-fused to comply with IEC60601-1 and depending on the type, their efficiency ranges from 80 to 85%, generating very little extra heat.

The power supplies run at up to +70 °C with derating and only 5 CFM of cooling, and they give their full power between 0 °C and +50 °C. There is built-in comprehensive overvoltage, overload, and short circuit protection. There are available covers, looms, and connector kits.
