3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Plastic Adhesive DP8005 is a two-part acrylic-based adhesive designed for bonding low surface energy plastics like polypropylene, polyethylene, and TPOs without special surface preparation. It offers structural bonding capabilities, room temperature cure, excellent water and humidity resistance, and very good chemical resistance. The adhesive is solvent-free, available in bulk, and features a convenient hand-held applicator system with 0.008” glass beads for bondline thickness control.
