It provides a complete power solution in a tiny 3mm x 3mm x 1.1mm QFN package with a total solution footprint of approximately 21mm². The device features high efficiency up to 94%, 1A continuous output current, and 5 MHz switching frequency. It offers a wide output voltage range from 0.6V to Vin-0.5V with 3-pin VID control for glitch-free voltage scaling. The converter includes internal soft start, short circuit and over current protection, UVLO, and thermal protection. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is RoHS compliant.
