The MAX2387/MAX2388/MAX2389 are low-noise amplifiers and downconverter mixers for W-CDMA applications. MAX2387/MAX2388 include an LNA, downconverter mixer, and LO buffer; MAX2389 has LNA and mixer without LO buffer for lower current consumption. They operate from +2.7V to +3.3V single supply, feature ultra-low current consumption and low noise figures, and are available in ultra-small 12-pin QFN packages. The LNA and mixer are optimized for the 2110MHz to 2170MHz band, with high-gain and low-gain modes selectable via GAIN pin.
