MAX3072EESA+ [Analog Devices]

The MAX3070E–MAX3079E are 3.3V, ±15kV ESD-protected RS-485 transceivers with one driver and one receiver. They feature fail-safe circuitry for open or shorted inputs, hot-swap capability to prevent false transitions during power-up, and various slew-rate options for different data rates (up to 16Mbps). The transceivers support half-duplex or full-duplex operation, with pin-selectable features for flexibility. They draw low supply current and include shutdown mode for power savings.
