MAX351CSE+ [Analog Devices]

These are precision quad SPST analog switches with low on-resistance (<35Ω), guaranteed matching between channels (<2Ω), flat on-resistance over analog signal range (<3Ω), low charge injection (<10pC), low leakage (<250pA at +25°C, <6nA at +85°C), fast switching times (<175ns turn-on, <145ns turn-off), ESD protection (>2000V), single-supply operation (+10V to +30V) or bipolar-supply operation (±4.5V to ±20V), TTL/CMOS logic compatibility, and rail-to-rail analog signal handling capability.
