MAX864EEE+ [Maxim]

The MAX864 is a CMOS charge-pump DC-DC converter that generates both positive and negative outputs from a single positive input voltage. It requires only four external capacitors and operates over an input voltage range of +1.75V to +6.0V. The device features a logic-controlled shutdown mode with 1µA quiescent current, and offers selectable charge-pump frequencies from 7kHz to 185kHz to optimize capacitor size and supply current. With a 55Ω output impedance, it can deliver up to 20mA of output current. The MAX864 is available in a 16-pin QSOP package, and a space-saving 8-pin µMAX package is available for the MAX865 variant.
