The 1610/11-Series is a cooled DFB TOSA operating at 2.5 Gb/s, integrating a high-speed laser, monitor photodiode, and micro-TEC in a small form-factor metallized ceramic package. It is designed for SFP transceivers and other optical modules in high-speed telecommunication and data applications, supporting WDM SONET OC-48, SDH STM-16, Fiber Channel, and Gigabit Ethernet. Available in full range of C-band ITU-T wavelengths with excellent wavelength stability for 100 GHz channel spacing over 15 years, and L-band versions. Features include temperature stabilization, partially cooled mode for CWDM, low power consumption, and LC receptacle or pigtailed options.
