The 1625/26 - Series is a 10 Gb/s transmitter optical subassembly (TOSA) integrating an EML laser, monitor photodiode, and micro-TEC in a compact metallized ceramic package. Designed for XFP transceivers and optical modules in high-speed telecommunication and data applications including WDM SONET OC-192, SDH STM-64, and 10 Gigabit Ethernet. Available across full C-band ITU-T wavelengths at 10 Gb/s per channel with excellent wavelength stability for 100 GHz channel spacing over 20 years. Also offers interleaved C+ band channels offset by 50GHz. Features include ultra-small 8-pin XMD MSA form factor, support up to 11.3Gb/s, 80km reach, +2 dBm typical optical output power, wavelength selectability covering C-band and C+ band, DWDM compatibility, low TEC power consumption, and multiple receptacle options (LC/SC/pigtailed).
